“AMIWUKIS 2024” Campaign Terms

  1. MIWUKI INSURANCE launches a promotion called “AMIWUKIS” to promote products and services marketed by said Insurance Entity and distributed under the “MIWUKI” brand, valid for policies of the Completmascota modality contracted between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 (inclusive) with an effective date up to December 31, 2024.
  2. The promotional campaign is aimed at current policyholders of Miwuki insurance (hereinafter, “Referrers”) and new customers invited by referrers or collaborating veterinary clinics (hereinafter, “Invitees”).
  3. Policies eligible for this promotion are exclusively the following: Completmascota.

All eligible policies must be contracted with direct debit. The promotion is subject to the underwriting rules and risk assessment established by the ACM Spain Group insurance companies participating in the promotion.

  1. The Referrer who, through their recommendation, gets an Invitee to contract any of the products mentioned in point 3) within the promotion period, may receive a twenty-euro (€20) Amazon voucher for each Invitee who contracts at least one Completmascota policy. The reward is per invitee, regardless of the number of policies contracted.
  2. The Invitee who contracts any of the products mentioned in point 3) within the promotion period may receive a twenty-euro (€20) Amazon voucher.

Vouchers will be sent to both Referrer and Invitee via email once 15 days have elapsed from the effective date selected by the Invitee when contracting the insurance, and once it has been verified that the policy has been signed and the first payment collected.

The following requirements apply. The roles of Referrer and Invitee cannot coincide in the same person:

  • (I) Be the Policyholder of a Completmascota insurance policy under MIWUKI, of legal age and legally resident in Spain; legal entities are excluded from this promotion.
  • (II) At the moment of the Invitee’s contracting, maintain the status of Policyholder with at least one policy mediated by MIWUKI.
  • (III) At the time of reward settlement, still be a customer with at least one policy mediated by MIWUKI.
  • (IV) Not have communicated an intention to not renew all their insurance policies, thereby losing the status of Policyholder of MIWUKI.
  • (V) Not have been in default with MIWUKI for any reason during the previous year.
  • (VI) The Invitee must be a natural person, of legal age and legally resident in Spain; contracting by legal entities is excluded from this promotion.
  • (VII) The Invitee must meet the condition of “new Policyholder”, meaning they must not have been a Policyholder of any MIWUKI insurance policy during the twelve (12) months prior to contracting.
  • (VIII) The Invitee must contract any of the products mentioned in point 3.
  • (IX) The Invitee’s policy must be of the Completmascota modality and be in force at the time the Referrer’s reward is settled.
  • (X) Once the policy necessary to participate in the promotion has been contracted, the Invitee must keep it in force for at least twelve (12) months, and must not have communicated an intention to cancel during that period.
  • (XI) The Invitee must not be in default with MIWUKI for any reason during the twelve (12) months following contracting.
  • (XII) If the Referrer ceases to be Policyholder of all the policies contracted with MIWUKI before the end date of the campaign and, therefore, before the company has been able to make the corresponding payment, or if any of the requirements set out in these terms cease to be met, the Referrer will lose the right to the reward and to any other financial compensation.
  • (XIII) Employees and collaborators of the Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale group of companies (see https://www.tomamosimpulso.com/es/particulares/sobre-tomamosimpulso/empresas-del-grupo.html ) and their direct relatives may not participate in this promotional campaign.
  • (XIV) These promotional terms will be available to any customer or potential customer until the end of the promotion within the website domain, informing the method of participation.
  • (XV) This promotional campaign is compatible and cumulative with any other campaign in effect at the time of participation from which the Referrer may benefit, unless otherwise instructed in overlapping campaigns.
  • (XVI) The Referrer’s personal data (DNI/NIF), already processed by the Insurance Entity of which they are a customer, must be provided again by the Invitee so that the Insurance Entity can manage participation in this promotion and settle the corresponding reward.
  • (XVII) The Insurance Entity reserves the right to modify the conditions of this promotion at any time, including possible cancellation before the pre-set deadline and without prior notice, for technical, organizational or productivity reasons. It undertakes to communicate new terms, temporary suspension or definitive cancellation, without any liability for MIWUKI. However, acquired rights of Referrers who have already recommended or contracted a policy benefiting from this promotion will not be altered and will be fully honored.
  • (XVIII) Participation in this promotion necessarily implies prior reading and full acceptance of these Terms by participants. Non-acceptance implies not being able to participate. In case of disagreement between participants and the interpretation of these Terms, disputes will be resolved according to law.

The legal basis that legitimizes the Insurance Entity to process your personal data for the indicated purposes is the proper development of the legal terms of the promotion and the contracting and management of the corresponding policies, authorizing the Referrer that the Invitee identify them to the Insurance Entity with their full name and national ID, for the management of the Promotion, being informed from this moment of said processing.

If the Referrer voluntarily chooses to inform Invitees about this promotion through electronic means, they must have the express consent of such Invitees, exonerating MIWUKI from any responsibility in this regard.
