The average reimbursement time is 3 to 7 business days, provided the submitted documentation is correct and complete.
How it works in 4 steps
The goal is to submit the correct documentation the first time to avoid delays.
1. Visit the vet you choose
No partnered clinics. Choose the clinic or hospital you prefer.
2. Pay and ask for invoice + report
Make sure you get both documents and that they are complete.
3. Upload your documentation online
Attach the veterinary invoice and the report in the online form.
4. We review and reimburse the amount
If it meets the policy conditions and the documentation is complete, we reimburse the corresponding amount.
Required documentation to request a reimbursement
To process it smoothly, prepare these documents and check they meet the requirements.
- Veterinary invoice.
- Complete veterinary report.
- The invoice must include the pet’s name and microchip.
- Items must be listed separately with an individual price.
- Estimates, receipts, tickets, delivery notes or any document that is not an invoice are not valid.
- If there are multiple pets, each pet must have its own invoice and report.
Before submitting your request, check this
- The document is an invoice, not a ticket or estimate.
- It includes the pet’s name and microchip.
- Line items are separated.
- The report includes diagnosis and/or treatment.
- You are within 60 days from the invoice date.
- If it is vaccination/deworming, the concept is clearly identified.
- If there are multiple pets, do not mix everything in one invoice.
Common mistakes that delay the reimbursement
- The veterinary report is missing.
- The invoice does not include the microchip.
- Items are grouped without detail.
- A ticket or estimate is submitted.
- Multiple pets are included in the same invoice.
- The request is submitted after the deadline.
