Which DOCUMENTS do I need to submit to REQUEST A REIMBURSEMENT?

To process your reimbursement correctly, be sure to send:

Illnesses, accidents and vaccines:

📄 Vet invoice* + 📑 Detailed report

*We always need the vet’s “invoice”; estimates, receipts or delivery notes are not valid.

⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT!

👉 The pet’s data (name and microchip) must appear on the invoice. If the vet cannot include them in their billing software, they must write them by hand.

👉 Line items must be clearly identified. Correct example for a vaccine: “Vaccination – Rabies” + name of the vaccine administered.

👉 Each line item must appear separately with its specific price.

✔️ Correct format:

  • Rabies vaccine: €40
  • Consultation: €30

❌ Incorrect format:

Rabies vaccine and Consultation: €70

👉 If you request reimbursements for several pets, each one must have its own invoice and report.
